Mentorship

Good mentorship is the one thing that makes leaders great and so few people have. A good mentor who believes in you, is great gift that is worth more then gold. Even when you're feeling down in the dumps a good mentor will look you right in the eye and tell you "you're a winner! now start acting like it". If you take a look at any great leader through history their will be a great mentor who raised them up. No Olympic gold medalist has achieved his victory without the hundreds of hours spend with their coach before hand.

Yet for some reason most people do not think they need a mentor. Maybe it's because they're already perfect and they got it all figured out already. "Who needs to take orders from some else anyway? I'm a ragged American who doesn't have to do anything if I don't want to". If this is your attitude then have fun trying, but never truly succeeding at anything in life. Their are those who have gone before you and half already done it. There's no reason to "reinvent to wheel" when someone already invented it.

Be smart and find someone who knows what he's doing, and knows how to in-courage you. Speak with them on a daily bases, and show them that your serious about what your goals are. Maybe they don't have to be someone in your business field. If they are someone who can uplift, in-courage, and not be afraid to rebuke you then, pursue that person.

Stop passing the buck.

It seems more and more these days people become professional buck passers. I'm not talking about passing starbucks coffee around to your friends, I'm talking about blaming everyone else for your problems.

The sad part is a majority of people don't take responsibility for their actions. If you asked the average man who got fired from their job why they got fired, chances are they'll tell you it was the bosses fault. Every time something bad happens to you its not your fault it's your parents, it's your teacher, it's your Pastor, it's all president Bush's fault. This madness needs to stop right now if you want to take control of your life.

The first step is to admit that everything you have in your life right now is a result of your actions, and not anyone Else's! I cannot stress this point enough. If you let everyone else be in control of your circumstances, then you'll never be. Stop talking about how your parents treated you and start talking about how you can change your life and be somebody. If we spend the same amount of time building our self image rather then blaming others then we'd all be millionaires.

In short, look at yourself in the mirror and tell yourself that your the one in control. Forget what happened in the past and start looking at a better future.

Free Enterprise the backbone of America

Free Enterprise isn't just something that our founding fathers thought up because they simply thought it was a good idea.

It was an idea that our fathers believed with all their hearts to be a system that God himself demanded. A system where each man made his own destiny, no one man could take it away or make it too great. It was a free market unlike any other where the people decided what they buy or sell. Because of this, only the best product or idea's in the market would win and businesses would compete. Everything great that has happened all the way from the industrial revolution to the new rise of technology is a result from this great patriotic idea our father's believed in.

These days free Enterprise is dying and as a result the people are suffering. The government is bailing out major corporations with money we do not have. The government wants to decide what we buy now. We don't have a choice in the matter because if you don't buy products from bailout corporation then they will simply take your tax dollars instead. Free enterprise is being threatened more right now then ever before. If the free market go's so does our freedom's.

This is why we get together every year to celebrate this great freedom that we take for granted. Many American's are not taught capitalism, How to sell goods and services, How to get tax advantages, and how to become a entrepreneur. American's are taught how to get a good job, and if you go to school for X amount of years then you can get a really good job. Free enterprise days is by far the best rally of them all.

Network marketing is one of the greatest idea's that has ever come about in our lifetime. With it, anyone can become a business owner without any overhead and decide their own future. It is a very hard thing to accomplish because there is a lot of hard work involved and it doesn't pay off for years down the road. You must think long term and it's hard to think about 2-5 years down the road when it's hard to think past Friday night. If you want to start your own business without network marketing it cost hundreds of thousands of dollars and you might never make it. With network marketing you can try and fail and it could cost you a couple hundred bucks.

You must learn from your mentors and most of the guys you see in these picturse are multi millionaries who mentor us. We are going to become just like them, taking advantage of this great free enterprise system and helping put america back on track.
